You agree not to use SnapVote for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, posting abusive language or engaging in disruptive behavior.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscription Service: SnapVote offers subscriptions to access features. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for cancellations during the subscription period. The only eligible refund is if SnapVote terminates its service while there are active subscribers.

3. Termination of Service

• Termination by SnapVote: SnapVote reserves the right to terminate its service at any time, with prior notice to users.
• User Account Suspension or Deletion: SnapVote reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts if the user engages in abusive activities or violates these Terms.

4. Survey Responses

Data Access: Responses from surveys are only available to the widget owner (each user). SnapVote does not share survey responses with third parties.

5. Authentication

Google OAuth: SnapVote uses Google OAuth to authenticate users. By using SnapVote, you consent to the use of this authentication method.

6. No Warranty

Disclaimer: SnapVote is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that SnapVote will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Damages: In no event shall SnapVote be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnapVote, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to Terms

Changes to Terms: SnapVote reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of SnapVote constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
